- Reading print

Presenters may wish to share their scheduled time periods with other people in which case we'll do our best to make appropriate arrangements. This is especially applicable to those reading Braille or print which we realize can be tiring.
Monitors:
- Monitor the presenter to make sure the presentation is continuing smoothly, and notify the presenter of any problems

The Zip Files
- The source of the audio Bible followed by an underscore (WEBO means worldenglishbible.org, FCBH means Faith Comes By Hearing, and LA means Litchfield Associates which are narrated by Alexander Scourby
- The translation followed by an underscore (KJV means King James version and WEB means World English Bible
- The testament followed by an underscore (OT means Old Testament and NT means New Testtament
- The type of presentation followed by .zip (D means dramatized and N means non-dramatized or narrated
By way of example, the zip file containing the World English Bible Old Testament is called WEBO_WEB_OT_N.zip and the zip file containing the dramatized King James Version New Testament from Faith Comes By Hearing is called FCBH_KJV_NT_D.zip.
The Folders
- The number of the book followed by an underscore

Unzipping An Audio Bible
The following explains how to extract a zipped audio Bible on a Windows computer on which third party archive utilities like 7Zip have not been installed. Before beginning, please ensure that your computer is configured to show file extensions for known file types. In windows 10, this can be accomplished by typing "show file extensions" in the search field and following the prompts. Showing file extensions will enable you to distinguish between the actual zip file and the folder created as a result of unzipping it. For example, unzipping the World English Bible Old Testament, WEBO_WEB_OT_N.zip, will create a new folder called WEBO_WEB_OT_N.
- Launch Windows Explorer and navigate to an audio Bible downloaded from this page, in this example, WEBO_WEB_OT_N.zip
- Press the applications key or shift-f10 to open the context menu
- Press down arrow until you hear "Extract all"
- Press enter to open the Extract Compressed (Zipped) Folders dialog
- Press tab until you hear "show extracted files when complete checkbox," and make sure that the checkbox is unchecked
- Press tab until you hear "extract button," and press space to start the unzip process
- Wait while the file unzips and the new folder is created, in this example, unzipping WEBO_WEB_OT_N.zip creates a folder called WEBO_WEB_OT_N

Locking The TeamTalk Key
Those who are reading print or Braille, or listening through headphones and repeating what was heard, will want to lock the TeamTalk key. Doing so obviates the need to press and hold the control key. When in the Bible Presentations room, press control-shift-a to lock the key and press control-shift-a again to unlock it. The first time the key is locked, press tab until you hear "voice activation level," and press up arrow until you hear "0%." Executing the above procedure prevents the key from cycling from locked to unlocked.
